Last month, I had the pleasure of facilitating a 2-day presentation skills training for a group of solutions consultants and enterprise architects at Workday’s headquarters in Pleasanton. At the end of the training, an attendee gave me and my co-instructor this really touching thank you note.

It’s not just about impacting the professionals who attend our trainings. It’s about how our trainees will use the skills they learn to impact everybody in their lives. This letter was incredibly gratifying to receive, and it’s exactly why I became a training facilitator!
